Kilenkrysset is a privately owned construction and real estate group headquartered in Strängnäs. The company was founded in 1990 by Jan Persson and has since contributed to the growth of Stockholm, the Mälardalen region, and the Öresund region, providing sustainable opportunities for the business community by building, managing, long-term owning, and developing attractive areas for warehousing and logistics, offices, housing, and public infrastructure.
Over the years, Kilenkrysset has evolved into three groups: Kilenkrysset AB, Kilenkrysset Sweden AB and Kilen Eldsundsviken AB.
Since 2024, the headquarters in Strängnäs has been producing green, fossil-free electricity using solar panels. The facility is divided into three sections and generates electricity from morning to evening by having panels facing east, south, and west.
