Cradle to Cradle-certified 455 kWp rooftop solar panels
On the roof of the Lustgården property in Stadshagen, Stockholm, we have installed 1,084 Cradle to Cradle-certified solar panels from Solitek, covering an area of 2,460 square meters, in collaboration with Alecta Fastigheter.
The panels have a capacity of 455 kWp and an estimated annual production of approximately 414 MWh, which is one-third of the property’s total electricity consumption. Alecta Fastigheter expects to be able to sell excess electricity back to the utility provider during the summer months.
This is one of the largest, if not the largest, solar power installations in central Stockholm.
